Below is the form you may use to submit your shrine to the directory. If it doesn't seem to be working feel free to contact me about it.

Please note that this form is for submitting only. If you wish to update your shrine information then please use the form located here.

IMPORTANT: When entering the subject for your shrine please enter it in the format of series name: first name then last name (if they have one). I will not be familiar with every series out there so I would greatly appreciate it if you could do that. Thank you!
